Return or Exchange Declaration for the website all-keys.net

 

I commit to act according to the following guidelines regarding the return of products purchased through the website all-keys.net. These guidelines comply with the return policy and relevant laws in the field:

 

  1. Return validity:
    Shelf products are valid for 15 days according to the Consumer Law which is 14 days. Products can be returned in exchange for another product, provided that they have not been used, activated, or opened, and you must prove this with photos and messages and sign a commitment that you have not used and will not use the product in the future.

 

The consumer is obligated to return the product to the merchant at their own expense, and the merchant may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the asset or transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. If a product was installed at your home for service purposes, the merchant may charge installation costs up to 100 NIS (in addition to the cancellation fee if the cancellation was not due to defect or mismatch, etc.).

 

  1. Condition of products:
    Products must be returned in their original condition. In case of software license, it must be returned unactivated or unused. It should be noted that faults or malfunctions may occur, and therefore after clarification and proof, a compatible replacement product will be provided.

  2. Return methods:
    I agree to pay any commission and handling fees for the return if required according to PayPal fees, and to perform the return by email to all-keys.net with a signed commitment that you have not used the product. If the goods arrive by courier, the recipient will sign that the goods were not used or they will be sent via shipping company with signature.

  3. Credit:
    Returning the products will lead to a credit of the original amount paid (product exchange) except for a fee for time and return of the product to the supplier, to the credit card/bank account or PayPal account used for payment. Also see the Consumer Protection Law section above.

  4. Return process:
    When we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process the refund according to the return policy.

  5. You understand that if the license you purchased is not in stock, we accept your order and will supply the license as soon as possible, usually within 1-24 hours, and therefore no refund can be given unless you notified us before delivery.

  6. You are aware that we are not obligated to supply the software but only the software license; we do not provide support beyond license installation, and if support beyond that is provided, it is paid.

 

9. Do not call; everything is done in writing for documentation purposes online.

 

  1. OEM Windows is intended for new computers, and if you add or remove hardware on the computer, the license will be canceled. The same applies to Office and other OEM software; this is your sole responsibility. RETAIL licenses can be purchased.
