Shipping and Returns
Our return and refund policy follows the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (the provisions of Section 7 above are subject to the cancellation terms under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981). If the eligible time period has passed, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Once we have verified that the product was not used, the refund will be processed immediately to the original payment method via our dedicated management software.
We aim to build trust with our customers and will do everything we can to return your full payment down to the last cent.
If the product is defective or not working properly, you will be offered a choice — either a full immediate refund or a replacement product of your choice, whichever you prefer.
After placing an order, there is a processing time before the product is sent. If you made a mistake and wish to cancel, notify us as soon as possible and your full payment will be refunded immediately (after signing a statement that the product was not used and will not be used now or in the future).
If you ordered the wrong product, there is a short window before the license arrives by email. You may contact us immediately via WhatsApp 24/7, and we’ll cancel and refund you immediately.
If our management system has already initiated the process and pulled the license from the authorized supplier, and it has already been sent to you, the refund will be conditional upon proof or signed confirmation that the product was not used.

Gift cards
Downloadable software (software license) — unless you can prove it was not used
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds May Be Issued In These Cases:
Product shows clear signs of use
Remote support service was already provided
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, audio cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank — processing times can vary.
Please note that the credit card company may charge a cancellation fee, including in purchases made at our store.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
In certain cases, sale items may not be eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, contact us by email or WhatsApp.
